Everything is what i need and want.

The hotel was great: clean, modern, and the room was quite big. The breakfast was very nice: you just had to go to a café nearby and you got a nice coffee and a croissant. The location was perfect, just a couple minutes from the metro station and from the bus and tramways. Thanks a lot for your warm welcome and for your flexibility regarding our arrival time :)

If I was to really try and find a fault, it would just be trying to get a hold of the English-speaking staff member as she wasn't always around, so this made things a bit more tricky at times. But that's being really picky, otherwise no complaints at all!
